Often wasted by simply being used as a garnish, it has a great deal to offer and in its dried form is a brilliantly versatile store cupboard essential. We only use organically grown curly Parsley which has a milder, softer flavour than its flat-leafed cousin. Parsley adds a fresh, slightly peppery flavour to a wide variety of dishes. From simple salad dressings, flavoured butters, omelettes and scrambled eggs to soups, pasta, rich and creamy parsley sauce and casseroles, it lifts the flavour with its delicate freshness.
